Evidence applied

In November 2019, Kognity received the UCL EDUCATE “Evidence Applied” award for our impact work.

Raised grades

A Kognity user since 2016, shared their class average IB Biology SL grades with us. The data showed an increase in the average grade between non-users (2016), one-year users (2017) and two-year users (2018).

Supporting the flipped classroom approach

“[Kognity] supported teaching activities for Flipped Learning, helped teachers to create solutions for diverse ability classrooms and aided self-directed learning of students. When integrated into teaching, [Kognity] served as an additional interaction channel between teachers and their students.”

What our users say

Kognity allows me to spend my planning time searching for more activity-based or discussion-based activities. I don’t have to worry about delivering content or grading homework. It allows me the flexibility to do the things that are honestly more fun to do as a teacher.

I have used Kognity to study on several occasions and it has broadened my knowledge significantly. I find it reassuring as all the required knowledge and knowledge skills are detailed within and this lends a sense of confidence in one’s learning that is not always present.
