IB Diploma Programme Theory of Knowledge (FE2022)

Federico Wohlfeiler is High School Principal at Boston International School in Panama. He previously spent almost 20 years at St. Andrew’s Scots School, first as a teacher and then also as Head of Department. Federico is an IBEN member and has worked with the IB as an examiner, Team Leader, and workshop facilitator for Theory of Knowledge and Global Politics. He is also an Evaluation Leader, conducting IB evaluation visits in schools around the world. He co-authored Kognity’s Theory of Knowledge book.

Matt Kuykendall is an IB workshop leader and examiner with extensive experience teaching Psychology and Theory of Knowledge at three of the world’s leading international schools. He has built new programmes, courses, and experiences for students and staff alike, with a focus on project-based curriculum, standards-based assessment, and student-centred learning geared toward skill mastery. His approach is grounded in data-driven needs analysis and clear, measurable learning goals. Matt is an author of Kognity’s IB DP Psychology and Theory of Knowledge books.

Mimi Bick is a freelance educational consultant with decades of experience in education in Chile. She has taught in the M.Ed program at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, leading a course on case analysis in educational assessment. She designed and delivered a seminar on formative assessment for over 200 participants across Chile and Peru, and has advised schools on improving learning outcomes. Mimi contributed to Kognity’s Theory of Knowledge book.
