In a time when school budgets are changing drastically, how can you ensure that the projects you have planned for your department can still go ahead?

Our expert Jen Olmsted, Head of School at The Singapore School in Indonesia will be joined by her colleague Dan Hyde, Deputy Head at The Singapore School to walk you through everything you need to know about creating a proposal, and everything you need to include to give you the best chance of having it approved.

If you are a school leader, please join us for Jen’s other session – Crafting a Sustainable Budget Process for Your School, where she will cover ideas, techniques and systems to ensure your school budget is sustainable in the long run.
