Dania Maaliki is an IB DP HL Chemistry teacher with an MA in Educational Leadership and a BS in Chemistry. She has taught at the American Community School in Beirut, where she served as Science Head, Grade 12 Coordinator, and Green Club facilitator, and more recently at ACS International Schools in the UK as a DP Chemistry and MYP teacher. Within the IB, she has worked as a DP Chemistry HL Assistant Examiner and Team Leader, IA moderator, course reader, school visit team member, and workshop leader. Dania is an author of Kognity’s IB DP Chemistry book.
Amy Carneiro is an experienced IB DP Chemistry teacher and Head of the Science Department at St. Robert Catholic High School. She has served as an IB examiner since 2008, building on years of classroom teaching experience. Amy is a subject matter expert in chemical education content and pedagogy, and has worked with Kognity as Lead Author of the IB DP Chemistry textbook and as an Expert Reviewer.
Anne Lavelle is a Chemistry teacher at Magnificat High School, following roles as a Chemistry teacher at Beaumont School and Science Department Chair at St. Edward High School. She has worked with Kognity as an Expert Reviewer, reviewing content for IB Chemistry online resources.
